Accessorizing she added sparkle with jewel-embellished Zanotti sandals and gorgeous Kara Ackerman earrings.

Later Miranda switched to a glitzy dress, with the same gold Zanotti shoes she wore at the ACM Awards last month, to perform then collect her award.
