Victoria Justice was at the SiriusXM Studio in New York a few days back looking prim and pretty in a McGinn dress and H&M collar-style necklace.

Later she showed off her newly-trimmed hair at the Fun Size premiere in L.A., along with a bright yellow dress and contrasting black Versace heels, plus red red lips and nails.
